Hesap ve veri temizligi Firebase Authentication ve Firestore uzerinde asamali olarak yurutulen bir is olarak calisir. Kimliginiz ve oturumunuz sonlandirilabilirken kalan veri temizligi arka planda devam edebilir; bu yuzden uygulamadan cikis yapmis olsaniz bile temizlik bir sure surebilir. You can delete your Nakitt account (developed by Glorvia) directly from the app: Settings → Profile → Account Management → "Delete My Account". This action is irreversible.
When you confirm, the encrypted AI data on your device is erased first, then the deletion request is sent to our server. Once the server accepts it, new writes for your account are blocked (including other people writing into workspaces you own); read access may not close completely at that moment. Your account, financial records, AI history and preferences are then removed in stages on Firebase Authentication and Firestore. Your sign-in and session may be ended while the remaining data cleanup continues in the background, so cleanup can still be running after you are signed out; if a step fails the system retries automatically in the background (the app then tells you the remaining data will be removed in the background). Shared workspaces you own are deleted with their content and memberships; your membership in other people's workspaces is removed, but records you added there stay as that workspace's data. The RevenueCat subscriber record is deleted after the data cleanup and checked a second time later; these steps may continue in the background even after your sign-in is gone.
Some records are retained: a deletion record with no personal content (account ID, status, timestamps) that shows the deletion was carried out and stops a deleted account from being written to again; sales records kept under irreversible (hashed) identifiers; and the purchase records of Google Play and the App Store. Firebase Analytics data is tied to a pseudonymous account ID, is not erased immediately and is deleted automatically after 14 months.
If you cannot access the app, email Glorvia at info@nakitt.com from your registered email with subject "Account Deletion Request". Your request will be processed within 48 hours.
